The cultivation of red vines around Goesing on soils dominated of sand and clay is something special. The cooler microclimate of Goesing makes it possible to produce a unique fruit-driven Rose. For this wine we use healthy and ripe berries of the varieties Blauer Zweigelt, Merlot, Blauer Burgunder and Cabernet. The must is fermented slowly in stainless steel tanks to achieve a full aroma profile. Further maturation of the Rose is placed in stainless steel tanks as well, before it is bottled in spring very cold to maintain crispness- the perfect summer enjoyment!
