GÖSING´A Mueller Thurgau, Riesling & Muscatel

Berries are carefully, pneumatically pressed and the must is fermented in stainless steal tanks. When fermentation is almost finished the wine is decanted into large wooden barrels where clarification takes place. The wine is aged here on the lees until its early bottling. The wine comes directly from the lees in the bottle to maintain the full freshness and fruit. Because of early bottling wine scales can crystallize while storage. This is a natural process that enhances wholesomeness.
