At present, the Grüner Veltliner is the main variety grown on the Wagram. This wine comes from different vines around Gösing. This conglomeration makes a light, but still characteristic wine.

The good ripe grapes are picked carefully. The must is slowly fermented with our yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Maturation takes slowly place. After the second racking and filtering with Kieselgur the "WOGENRAIN" is kept until next spring in tanks, in order to keep its freshness and fruity taste.
