At present, the Grüner Veltliner is the main variety grown on the Wagram. This wine comes from different vines around Gösing. This conglomeration makes a light, but still characteristic wine.

The good ripe grapes are picked by hand. The must is slowly fermented with our yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Maturation takes place for a short time in big cask with the fine yeast. After the second racking  the "WOGENRAIN" is kept until next spring in tanks, in order to keep its freshness and fruity taste.
