OUR WINES

For our wines, all grapes are selected and harvested by hand; the good grapes are carefully pressed without pumping. All wines are fermented with our own yeasts and matured in oak ore robinien barrels, stainless-steel tanks or stoneware tanks, due to the sort varying in size and for different lengths of time in order to increase harmony and shelf life. We do not make must concentrates or other treatments. If necessary, the wines are only clarified with bentonit and chalk.
