VOGELTHEN Riesling
a fine, scented, light culinary delight
The
ripe Riesling grapes are hand-selected and carefully
pneumatically pressed; the must is then slowly fermented in
high-grade steel tanks. After around 2 months, the young wine
will be racked and takes its finishing until March of the
following year in high-grade steel tanks. The wine is then very
carefully bottled in our own cellar.
