At present, the
Grüner Veltliner is the main variety grown in lower austria. This
wine comes from different vines and the conglomeration makes a light, but still characteristic wine.
The good ripe
grapes are picked by hand. The must is slowly fermented with our
yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Maturation takes also place to keep its freshness and fruity taste.

Still haven’t tried a Grüner... give this a go.
Lively, sharp aromas of slate, mineral and citrus are
precursor to a well-balanced, crisp and refreshing splash of
racy key lime, lip-smacking white grapefruit and succulent
lemon chiffon pie. The mouth-watering finish layers on
nuances of Granny Smith apple and a promised perfect pairing
with prawns, pan-seared fish or steamed mussels. (Vic
