RIESLING  sweet 2009
the fruity, noble-sweet, pleasant, impressive sweet-wine

 

For these noble-sweet wine we harvested end of october 2009 air-dried, naturaly-concentrated  botrytis-grapes. After the pressing the fermentations took place with wild yeast. After 6 month maturing in the barrel we bottled this sweet riesling very carefully.
